You guarantee and are responsible, in any case, for the accuracy, validity, and authenticity of the personal data provided and agree to keep it properly updated.
1. JOINT RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
For the purposes of Article 26 of the GDPR, joint controllers exist when two or more companies in the group jointly determine the purposes and means of processing.
To comply with the principle of transparency and the obligations of data controllers, especially regarding data subject rights, users are informed that the main implications of joint controllership are as follows:
The joint controllers have signed a joint controllership agreement that governs the collaboration between Adam Foods Group companies in activities involving the processing of personal data to fulfill the purpose set out in section 2 of this Privacy Policy.
The operations and activities related to the processing of personal data will have the same purposes, legal basis, and recipients for each of the joint controller companies.
All joint controller companies will grant the same rights to all data subjects regarding privacy and data protection.
A centralized contact point is established for exercising data subject rights, handling security breaches, and ensuring compliance with this Policy.
Any changes to the joint controllership regime or processing operations will require agreement among Adam Foods Group companies and will be notified to users insofar as it affects the processing of their personal data.

The legal basis for processing your data is the explicit consent requested from you.
Your personal data will not be disclosed to any entity unless required to comply with a legal obligation applicable to the controllers. No international transfers of personal data are planned.
4. DATA RETENTION PERIOD
Your personal data will be retained as long as necessary to achieve the stated purpose and, where applicable, until you withdraw your consent or exercise your right to object or to have your data erased.
Once any of these conditions occur, Adam Foods Group will keep your data properly blocked for the time necessary to comply with legal or regulatory obligations, during the limitation periods provided by applicable legislation.
After the applicable retention period has elapsed, Adam Foods Group will delete the data unless it needs to be preserved for other legitimate purposes.
